Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent the company to patients and provide a welcoming, professional presence.
• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing following procedures.
• Explain procedures to patients and perform phlebotomy in a safe, accurate manner.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors with a focus on process excellence and confidentiality.
• Under supervision, perform daily activities accurately, maintain records, and uphold a professional environment.
