Talentify in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Phlebotomist II for a 4-month contract. The schedule is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with onsite work. Applicants must have 1–3 years phlebotomy experience, high school diploma, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• 1–3 years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Verify patient demographic info and proper labeling post-venipuncture.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide a safe, professional environment and positive patient interactions.
• Travel to multiple locations and cover Patient Service Centers/In-Office locations as needed.
• Support leadership and uphold confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
