Job summary

EmployBridge seeks an Onsite Manager in Statesboro, GA to supervise staff, coordinate recruitment, and ensure accurate payroll and invoicing. You will foster client relationships, deliver metrics, and drive staffing effectiveness at the local site.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance reviews, and safety training while coordinating with the branch and client to meet service expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role with multi-level client communication.
• HR and data management experience.
• Proven track record leading a team or process.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate staffing requirements and develop services to support changing client needs.
• Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring for assignments.
• Maintain timekeeping, payroll and invoicing accuracy.
• Provide productivity, headcount, attendance and other reports for the client.
• Onsite supervision of personnel including coaching, performance reviews and exit processes.
• Conduct onsite orientation and safety training.
• Participate in service reviews at the client site.
• Liaise between the branch office and the client; deliver superior customer service.
