Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to lead HR and recruiting efforts at our client site in Atlanta. You will build relationships, forecast staffing needs, and drive recruiting strategies to meet customer expectations.

You will partner with the client to review performance, strive for continuous improvement, and ensure P&L targets are achieved while representing Staffmark Group in the local community.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in staffing, customer service, or human resources.
• Outstanding customer service and strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries and issues.
• Forecast staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies to meet customer requirements.
• Participate in partnership reviews to ensure quality and improvement.
• Monitor and report on KPIs and ensure P&L goals are met or exceeded.
• Serve as liaison between customer and staff, documenting interventions.
• Enhance Company image through relationships with local organizations and leaders.
