myBridge Corporation in Atlanta is seeking an HR Executive to join our Human Resources team on a full-time, on-site basis. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and HR operations, ensuring policies are applied and a positive workplace culture.

The successful candidate will coordinate end-to-end recruitment, maintain employee records, administer benefits, support payroll, ensure compliance with employment laws, and assist in employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee training and development.
• Support payroll and benefits administration.
