Job summary

EmployBridge, LLC in Compton, CA is seeking a Staff Performance Manager to lead on-site personnel, ensure timely, accurate delivery of customer goods and services, and drive client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel to ensure timely, accurate delivery of goods and services
• Manage employee relations at the client site including coaching, performance reviews and exits
• Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing and hiring for assignments
• Maintain timekeeping, payroll and invoicing accuracy
• Provide productivity, headcount, attendance and other reports on request
• Conduct onsite orientation and safety training
• Facilitate workers’ compensation incident reports and responses
• Liaise between branch and client and deliver superior customer service
