Job summary

Employbridge in Compton, CA is seeking a Staff Performance Manager to supervise a team and ensure the timely, accurate, and quality delivery of customer goods and services at the client site.

You will recruit, coach, conduct performance reviews, manage payroll/reporting, and build strong client relationships while delivering value-added staffing solutions. The role offers a base salary plus monthly bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role with multi-level client communication.
• HR and data management experience.
• Proven success leading a team or process.
• Ability to work in a heavy process-oriented environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate staffing requirements and develop value-added services to support changing client needs.
• Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring for assignments.
• Maintain timekeeping system and ensure payroll/invoicing accuracy.
• Provide productivity, headcount, attendance, and other reports on request.
• Manage employee relations including coaching, performance reviews, and exits.
• Conduct onsite orientation and safety training.
• Facilitate workers’ compensation reporting.
• Participate in service reviews and liaise between branch and client.
• Deliver superior customer service and build client relationships.
• Lead, organize, and build effective, diverse teams.
