Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role responsible for multi-level client communication.
• HR and data management experience.
• Demonstrable success managing a team or process.
• Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment.
• Able to lead, organize and build effective and diverse teams.
• Seasoned critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Practical experience with operational software and MS Office; basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision of personnel to ensure timely, accurate delivery of goods and services.
• Manage employee relations at the client site including coaching and performance reviews.
• Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring for assignments.
• Maintain timekeeping and ensure payroll/invoicing accuracy.
• Provide productivity, headcount, attendance, and other reports on request.
• Lead onsite orientation and safety training.
• Act as liaison between branch office and client; deliver superior customer service.
• Participate in scheduled service reviews at the client site.
• Address workers’ compensation incidents and follow-up reporting.
