Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Field Technician for a client site in Cherryhill, NJ to provide end-user support, onsite and remote. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair laser printers, wide-format printers, POS systems, kiosks, and related hardware and software to keep customer environments productive.

You must have reliable transportation and be able to travel between customer locations, delivering professional service with clear communication and a focus on uptime and customer

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting laser printers and wide-format printers/plotters.
• Experience supporting POS systems and computer hardware.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure equipment and applications.
