The position requires strong Excel skills, customer service experience, and meticulous attention to detail. Onsite work offers a structured environment with collaboration across HR, Finance, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant non-traditional training considered.
• Minimum of 1 year in customer service; payroll experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day payroll processing support for scheduled and off-cycle payrolls.
• Import or enter payroll changes, hours, earnings, and deductions accurately.
• Calculate payroll and validate data, generating control totals for imports and reviews.
• Respond to client inquiries by email, case systems, and phone.
• Collaborate with Payroll Supervisors on projects to support clients.
• Manage and support assigned book of business.
