Vensure Employer Solutions in Georgia is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing for a growing client base. The role focuses on accurate data handling, timely processing, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliant payroll services.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and good communication skills to respond to client inquiries and coordinate with payroll supervisors on projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Payroll experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to learn other applications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day payroll processing support for scheduled and off-cycle payrolls.
• Import or manually enter payroll changes (hours, updates, earnings, deductions, tax overrides).
• Calculate payroll and verify data entry through control totals and manual reviews.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, cases, and phone.
• Partner with Payroll Supervisors on special projects for clients.
• Manage and support assigned book of business.
• Build and maintain relationships across teams and with clients.
• Attend webinars and training to stay updated on best practices.
• Complete projects as assigned by supervisor.
