You’ll handle scheduled and off‑cycle payrolls, enter changes, validate data, and respond to client inquiries. You’ll partner with payroll leadership on projects and maintain strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes accuracy, time management, and collaboration with HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure compliant processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; payroll/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to manage time, multi‑task, and meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day payroll processing support for scheduled and off‑cycle payrolls.
• Import or enter payroll changes and ensure accuracy of data.
• Respond to client inquiries timely via email, cases, and phone.
• Partner with Payroll Supervisors on special projects and client needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with team members and stakeholders.
