Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Duluth, GA is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships and ensure seamless service delivery across payroll and tax processes. This on-site role coordinates user setup, training, and collaboration with internal teams to retain clients and optimize performance.

You will oversee payroll processing, analyze data for improvements, guide on tax/reporting requirements, and lead weekly POD team huddles.
