Job summary

Accel Research Sites is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to join our Operations team in Boston. The CRC will ensure study execution per GCP/ICH/HIPAA and SOPs, coordinating patient visits, data entry, and safety reporting.

Qualified candidates will have a Medical Assistant diploma, LPN/LVN, EMT credential, or equivalent, with clinical research experience preferred. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus; strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant diploma, LPN/LVN, EMT credential OR Associate’s degree with 1 year clinical research or clinical experience.
• Proficiency with basic clinical procedures (blood pressure, vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy).
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients for study enrollment and obtain informed consent.
• Document data in source documents and EDC; collect vital signs and ECGs.
• Coordinate visits, monitor safety/adverse events, and maintain logs.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, HIPAA and SOPs.
