Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research is seeking a Patient Liaison in DeLand, Florida, responsible for supporting patient recruitment efforts for clinical trials. This role involves pre-qualification, pre-screening, and scheduling to ensure efficient enrollment processes.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in a medical or healthcare environment along with strong organizational skills and proficiency in CTMS. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred. Benefits include comprehensive insurance coverage and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a medical or healthcare environment.
• Experience with therapy areas, customer service, and calendar management is preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support onsite patient recruitment by conducting pre-qualification and scheduling activities.
• Evaluate eligibility of potential subjects through screening interviews.
• Manage patient screening visit schedule and follow up communication.
