Alcanza Clinical Research, LLC is seeking a Patient Liaison to support onsite patient recruitment at our North Georgia Clinical Research site in Woodstock. The role focuses on pre-screening, scheduling, and guiding patients through the enrollment process at local sites.

Responsibilities include evaluating eligibility, coordinating with clinic staff, and maintaining CTMS entries while addressing barriers to entry and ensuring timely communications with patients and physicians.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5 years healthcare/clinical research or related experience.
• MA, CNA, LPN/LVN, EMT or medical license preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Mansioni

• Conduct onsite patient pre-screening and scheduling to support enrollment.
• Evaluate eligibility via interviews and chart reviews; coordinate with site staff.
• Manage onsite screening visits and reschedule as needed.
• Track No-Show/DNQ and optimize recruitment processes.
• Coordinate leads from physician referrals andRefer-A-Friend campaigns; maintain CTMS updates.
