Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research, LLC is seeking a Patient Liaison to support onsite recruitment at our Methuen, MA location. You will perform pre-screening, schedule visits, and coordinate with site staff to move eligible participants into studies.

Responsibilities include managing referrals, tracking no-shows, and resolving barriers to enrollment, with updates to CTMS and collaboration with local leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare, call center, or medical research environment.
• MA, CNA, LPN/LVN, EMT or other medical license preferred.
• Experience with therapy areas, customer service, calendar management and CTMS is highly preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute onsite patient pre-screening and pivot qualified patients into active studies.
• Evaluate eligibility via screening interviews, medical record reviews, or staff discussions.
• Monitor onsite screening schedule and manage appointments as needed.
• Own No-Show/DNQ tracking and optimization.
• Capture/manage inbound physician referral leads.
• Address barriers to study entry with sponsor-provided support services.
• Update CTMS with patient touches and statuses.
• Create targeted call lists based on i/e criteria in CTMS.
• Drive recruitment results to meet leadership-set goals.
