Prosano Health Solutions, in partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, is seeking a patient-facing team member to welcome patients, complete forms, and coordinate visits at our on-site care centers in Goodyear. You will ensure a seamless patient experience and uphold high service standards.

The role emphasizes proactive scheduling, exceptional service, and community outreach, with morning, night, or weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in a patient-facing role.
• Excellent patient or customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible and positive attitude.
• Proactive and adaptable, able to cover tasks as they arise.
• Basic Life Saving (BLS) certification required.
• Arizona fingerprint clearance card required.
• Vaccination status as part of pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and conduct check-in with required forms.
• Coordinate scheduling and patient visits within the practice management system.
• Ensure patients are delighted with the level of care.
• Act as ambassador in the local community by nurturing relationships with other healthcare providers and organizations.
• Working hours include morning, night, or weekend hours.
• This position requires 100% on-site work at the care center location.
