Prosano Health Solutions, in partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to support clinic operations and deliver exceptional patient service at our Goodyear care centers. The role is fully on-site with morning, night, or weekend hours to accommodate patient needs.

This position emphasizes privacy, compliance, and community outreach; you will welcome patients, manage check-ins, scheduling, and coordinate with leadership to ensure smooth daily

Qualifications

• Experience in a patient-facing or customer-facing role.
• Excellent patient or customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible and positive attitude.
• Proactive and adaptable working style; able to cover tasks as they arise.
• Impeccable judgment.
• Proficient PC skills.
• Active Arizona fingerprint clearance card.
• Proof of vaccination and compliance with center vaccination requirements.

Responsibilities

• The Patient Experience Coordinator is an essential position that assists in supporting operational excellence.
• The primary role is to ensure that the clinic operations run smoothly and timely daily.
• This position emphasizes customer/patient care excellence, privacy, compliance, and serving in a dynamic health setting.
• Welcome patients and conduct check-in with required forms.
• Work in partnership with Prosano leadership to provide seamless and integrated service to our patients.
• Lead the scheduling and patient visit coordination functions within the practice management system.
• Ensure our patients are always delighted with the level of care they receive.
• Act as an ambassador in the local community by nurturing relationships with other healthcare providers, social/community organizations, and marketing partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Working hours include morning, night, or weekend hours.
• This position requires 100% on-site work at the care center location and may also involve movement between clinics as needed.
