Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator Float to ensure a welcoming patient journey across locations in Michigan. You will be the first point of contact, handling front-desk tasks, scheduling, and coordination with clinical staff.

The role requires 1–2 years in a medical setting, strong communication skills, and proficiency with EMR. On-site shifts span Saginaw and Grand Blanc, MI, with a Monday–Friday schedule and variable hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a medical office, customer service, or front desk role.
• Proficiency with EMR and basic computer skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients, verify personal and insurance information, and direct them to appropriate departments.
• Answer and manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide support to clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records, process billing information, and collect copays.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.
• Assist with additional projects and administrative duties as assigned.
