Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to guide patients through financial processes and obligations, delivering a compassionate, seamless experience. This full-time, onsite role in Kirkland, WA, runs Monday–Friday with rotating weekends/holidays, and no fertility experience is required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or other patient-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience with EMR, scheduling systems, and basic computer applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients while creating a professional, compassionate experience.
• Verify demographic, insurance, and appointment information.
• Manage incoming calls, patient questions, and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records within the electronic medical record.
• Process billing information, copays, and patient payments.
• Partner with clinical and administrative teams to support efficient clinic operations.
• Help resolve patient concerns and connect patients with the appropriate team member.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception environment.
• Float between Washington clinic locations based on staffing and operational needs.
• Support additional projects and administrative responsibilities as assigned.
