Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience is required.

• CRCR certification within 6 months of hire (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Admitting duties for all patients admitted for services at the hospital.
• Collect insurance information, assign MRNs, and verify eligibility.
• Explain and obtain necessary signatures for consent forms and patient education documents.
• Support POS/billing processes by entering benefit data and processing patient information.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and provide compassionate customer service.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
