Guidehouse is seeking a Full Time Patient Access Representative in Ventura, CA to deliver efficient, courteous registration and act as a patient advocate during pre-admitting, admitting and registration. You will welcome patients and families, routing and escorting as needed, and ensure a smooth handoff to clinical staff.

The role requires a high school diploma and 0–2 years in healthcare or customer service, with bilingual English/Spanish helpful for patient access and insurance questions.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 prior relevant experience in a medical/clinical/hospital or customer service setting.

Mansioni

• Provide efficient, timely, courteous registration services to ensure high customer service.
• Create a positive impression for patients, families, visitors, or staff during pre-admitting, admitting, or registering tasks.
• Assist patients and families in accessing services as advocate and navigator until handed off to clinical staff.
• Shift: 8-hour onsite shifts at Community Memorial Hospital in Ventura, CA.
