Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory or people leadership experience in a healthcare Access Center, contact center, patient access, or similar setting.
• Healthcare Access Center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and day-to-day leadership to Access Center staff.
• Oversee staffing, workflow, service delivery, and achievement of goals.
• Monitor service delivery and resolve issues needing supervisory intervention.
• Support continuous improvement of Access Center workflows and programs.
• Ensure department operations align with organizational requirements.
