Job summary

UChicago Medicine in Burr Ridge is seeking an Access Training & Quality Manager to provide enterprise leadership for training, quality assurance, and knowledge management across the Access Center and ambulatory front desk operations. Qualifications

• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Five years in ambulatory access and/or medical practice.
• Certified Healthcare Access Manager within six months of hire.
• Epic Certified Trainer within one year of hire.
• Proficient with Windows-based software and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee training programs for Access Center and ambulatory front desk staff.
• Develop standardized curricula, e-learning, and competency assessments.
• Lead quality assurance framework and calibration activities.
• Partner with leaders to identify performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.
