• Competent in ambulatory scheduling areas and radiology workflows.
• Answers all calls to schedule patients per Epic guidelines.
• Evaluates non-scheduling inquiries and routes escalations accordingly.
• Performs outreach to convert referrals to scheduled appointments.
• Documents appointment information accurately in Epic.
