Formación

• Experience sourcing candidates for a manufacturing company
• Knowledge of social media recruiting and candidate engagement
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
• Interest in AI and modern recruiting technology
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Recruiting agency, HR, talent acquisition, or sourcing experience preferred
• Recent HR graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
