Qualifications

• Proven interest or experience in recruiting, human resources, marketing, or community outreach.
• Excellent digital communication skills with a strong comfort level using AI text generators and social media platforms.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for networking, public speaking, and event coordination.
• High organizational skills to manage independent, flexible daily hours across a 5-day work week.
• Prior experience with Paylocity is a plus, but not required (complete training provided).

Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing (#1 Priority): Proactively find, identify, and engage top talent using resume databases, professional networks, and niche matching platforms.
• Community & Digital Engagement: Represent our brand at local Job Fairs, execute grassroots community engagement events, and manage our social media recruitment postings.
• AI-Powered Ad Copywriting: Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to draft, refine, and publish high-converting job advertisements across multiple channels.
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Navigate and maintain applicant pipelines. We use Paylocity, and we will provide comprehensive training on the platform.
