Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in talent acquisition with ownership of recruiting process or program strategy in tech environments.
• Experience using AI-driven ATS features, LLM-based sourcing tools, or recruiting automation platforms.
• Experience recruiting for technical, data, or life sciences/clinical roles is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requisition management from intake to offer across technical and clinical teams.
• Build employer brand assets and social outreach consistent with the company voice.
• Develop passive candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles in R&D, product, data, and biometrics.
• Advise on sourcing strategy, interview design, and candidate evaluation.
• Own hiring scorecard metrics and report performance to leadership.
