Regus Management Group, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Community Associate to support a busy center in Seattle. This 20-hour-per-week, 100% onsite position involves assisting customers, handling center operations, and enabling a great member experience to help businesses thrive.

Training will occur at Regus Northgate for 3 weeks (7 miles from the worksite) with mileage reimbursement for travel; the center address is 936 N 34th St, Seattle, WA 98103.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the center and manage daily operational tasks.
• Coordinate services such as Wi‑Fi setup, directions, and package handling.
• Support event planning and notifications for members.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and service charge handling.
