Job summary

Regus is seeking a Part-Time Community Associate for an on-site role in Seattle. The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8:15am to 12:15pm, with 20 hours per week and on-site training at Regus Northgate, 7 miles away.

You will support customers, handle inquiries, and help manage events and center operations. Applicants should have 1+ years in customer service, be comfortable with MS Office, and possess strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-center with diverse needs.
• Assist with Wi‑Fi codes, packages, directions, and setup for meetings.
• Process service charges and ensure invoices are accurate.
• Plan and help run networking events and related invites/posters.
• Close the day by organizing center tasks and tidying the space.
