Job summary

Propelis is seeking an onsite coordinator in St. Louis, MO to facilitate packaging artwork through the production process. You will communicate with on-site personnel, sales, and clients to ensure printability and maintain client relationships.

The role requires 5-10 years in prepress/packaging/print, fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to work independently after training. On-site duties include attending pre-production meetings and coordinating detailed job instructions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 5-10 years’ prepress/packaging/print experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience in design, print, or production art.
• Ability to read work instructions and business memos.
• Ability to work independently after initial training.

Responsibilities

• Consult with On-Site Personnel and Client during artwork development and pre-press execution.
• Attend pre-production meetings per On-Site Personnel’s/Sales request or Client request.
• Respond promptly to Clients.
• Maintain professional relationships with Client(s), design firms, and printers.
• Communicate artwork issues with clients and stakeholders.
• Document critical information impacting quality.
• Participate in process improvement efforts and production meetings.
• Verify data accuracy against supplied art.
• Record and communicate art status in Client’s database.
