Job summary

Propelis is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate packaging artwork for key accounts. You will liaise with design firms, printers, engravers, On-Site Personnel, Sales and Clients to ensure printability and on-time production.

You will manage timelines, communicate specifications through our order entry system, and support production teams when issues arise. The role is remote and temporary, with responsibilities across the Client's production workflow and a focus on maintaining strong client

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent; some college preferred.
2-5 years' experience in the print/design/production industry preferred.
Experience as CSR in the print industry is preferred.
Ability to read instructions and memos; proofreading skills required.

Responsibilities

Consult with On-Site Personnel and Client during artwork development and pre-press execution.
Attend pre-production meetings when feasible.
Respond promptly to Clients.
Establish professional relationships with Clients, design firms, engravers and printers.
Communicate artwork issues with stakeholders.
Document critical information affecting quality.
Manage project timelines and order entries for production.
