Job summary

Propelis seeks an experienced Project Manager to sit onsite at the client’s Manhattan office (4 days/week) and one day remote. You will oversee packaging artwork projects from upfront planning to execution, coordinating with clients, design firms, printers, and the internal operations team to ensure printability and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong communication, budget awareness, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 3+ years of progressive project coordination or management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally, nationally, and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients, agencies, and operations during artwork development and pre-press execution.
• Lead pre-production meetings and print trials when feasible for high-complexity projects.
• Manage estimating, PO procurement, and ensure invoices are paid on time.
• Build rapport with clients and manage relationships with stakeholders.
