Time To Collide, part of the Propelis Group, seeks a Project Manager to own key packaging accounts from artwork development through production. This hybrid role requires in-office presence several days a week in St.

Louis, MO (and Cincinnati, OH) with seamless collaboration across design firms, sales, and production. You will coordinate with On-Site Personnel and clients, lead pre-production meetings, and ensure clear communication of artwork specifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience in Print, Comping/Sales Sample or POP/POS industry.
• Ability to read work instructions and memos.

Responsibilities

• Consult with On-Site Personnel and Clients during artwork development and pre-press execution.
• Lead pre-production meetings for high complexity projects.
• Manage key accounts and respond promptly to client requests.
• Communicate artwork issues with clients and stakeholders.
• Document information impacting quality and timelines.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines concurrently.
