Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years project management and customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in the design, print or production art industry is a plus.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily PQM program management activities.
• Perform print quality evaluations using color measurement equipment and visual inspection.
• Communicate program requirements and manage client inquiries.
• Input data into PQM systems and prepare reports.
• Attend meetings and escalate issues to management.
