Job summary

Collide, part of the Propelis Group, seeks a Project Manager to guide key accounts through artwork development and pre-press execution. Hybrid role requiring in-office presence several days weekly, coordinating with design firms, sales, and production teams.

You will manage timelines, communicate issues, and ensure data accuracy while supporting process improvements across packaging projects.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in print, packaging, or POP/POS industries.
• Ability to read work instructions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Consult with On-Site Personnel and Client during artwork development and pre-press execution.
• Lead and attend pre-production meetings for high complexity projects as requested.
• Manage key accounts and respond promptly to client or internal requests.
• Lead relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders; communicate artwork issues.
• Document critical information affecting quality; participate in process improvement and production meetings.
• Verify data accuracy for artwork; manage project timelines and multiple projects.
