Job summary

SGX Graphics, part of the Propelis Group, seeks a Sr. Client Coordinator to sit onsite at a key global account in midtown Manhattan (4 days/week on-site, 1 day remote).

You’ll guide packaging artwork, prepress scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration with design teams, printers, and operations to ensure on-time, in-full delivery. You’ll drive upfront planning, color development reviews, print trials, and global bundle planning across markets, providing consultative value and strong client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business or related field.
• 3+ years progressive project coordination experience.
• Occasional travel locally, nationally, and internationally may be required.
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, and planning skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication, plus ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients, agencies, and operations during artwork development and pre-press.
• Attend pre-production meetings and print trials as requested for complex projects.
• Manage estimating, purchase orders, and ensure timely invoicing.
• Respond promptly to clients, build rapport and trust.
• Lead relationships with client and internal/external stakeholders.
• Communicate artwork issues to clients and stakeholders.
• Address client requests quickly and professionally.
• Document critical information impacting quality.
• Assist in process improvements and production meetings.
• Verify data accuracy against supplied art.
• Manage timelines and multiple concurrent projects.
• Relay art status to on-site personnel, sales, and client; use client database for tracking.
• Understand client deliverables and rework needs.
• Escalate issues to management as needed.
• Handle order entry and ensure completeness for production.
• Understand production/manufacturing scope.
• Create and update price matrices per client needs.
• Provide training or guidance to junior team members as needed.
