Job summary

Propelis is seeking a Project Manager for the St. Louis PQM program. You will coordinate daily PQM activities, conduct color quality evaluations, and ensure client specifications are met by working with printers and internal teams.

You will also collect data, generate reports, and maintain PQM documentation while collaborating with the PQM Program Manager and client stakeholders to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years project management and customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in design, print or production art is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily PQM program management activities.
• Perform print quality evaluations using color measurement equipment and visual inspection.
• Review incoming tasks and input data into PQM systems.
• Communicate program requirements to printers, clients, and internal teams.
• Manage daily correspondence and respond to program related questions.
• Data collection, processing and tracking.
• Prepare reports as requested.
• Attend meetings per client or PQM Program Manager request.
• Communicate issues to Management.
