Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an Owner Onboarding Agent for the Pompano Beach, FL on-site, seasonal role ending around 1/4/2027.

You will guide new and existing owners through onboarding, present sales documents, and provide on-site education for club products to ensure high satisfaction and compliance. Key duties include reviewing documents, delivering education sessions, identifying training opportunities, and supporting the sales team on product knowledge and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Full availability to work weekends and holidays.
• This seasonal opening ends around 10/1/2023 (date in posting).
• Training includes WVO Product Knowledge, Workday courses, Sales Training.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and complete legal and sales documents with owners following established guidelines.
• Provide owner education sessions on club products in private or group settings.
• Identify patterns and training opportunities to improve compliance.
• Provide sales team training on product knowledge and compliance.
• Coordinate logistics for educational events with marketing and resort teams.
• Other site duties as assigned by OO Manager.
