Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years' experience in a customer-facing role.
• Previous exposure to the service industry.

Responsibilities

• Act as key liaison between assigned Channel Partners and operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Execute daily tasks and customer responses with a sense of ownership and urgency.
• Manage customer expectations by clearly communicating commitments and status of orders and issues.
• Develop and cultivate effective relationships with key accounts/distribution partners.
• Manage customer orders from placement to invoicing through multiple channels to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Provide high-quality service through Oracle/CRM functionalities related to order fulfillment.
