Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in West Chester, PA is seeking an Order Management Specialist to own complex customer requests end-to-end. You will interface with customers, production, engineering, and shipping to resolve orders, parts, and service issues, using Oracle, Salesforce, and Windchill.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product or customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service via phone and email.
• Manage multiple customer requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Serve as a key point of coordination between customers, internal teams, and external vendors to resolve issues.
• Assess customer needs using analytical problem-solving skills to identify solutions and drive resolution.
• Support customer order management and inquiries using Oracle, Salesforce, and Windchill, applying mechanical aptitude to understand products and configurations.
• Apply product and customer service knowledge to ensure positive customer outcomes and a seamless service experience.
• Meet service SLAs and productivity targets by maintaining phone availability and responding promptly to inbound calls.
• Proactively prioritize work to ensure timely quotations, order entry, and issue resolution.
