Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead to drive daily operations onsite, coach staff, and ensure WOW guest experiences across sales, parties/events, and cafe areas. You’ll rotate through key operating areas and step in as needed to keep the park running smoothly.

You will lead from the floor, deliver service excellence, coach team members, and oversee safety, cleanliness, and incident reporting to maintain high standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest‑facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred.
• You must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring operational excellence.
• Provide on‑the‑floor leadership by coaching and delegating to team members across departments.
• Lead across Programs, Café, Front Desk, Events to maintain guest experiences.
• Drive front desk performance and membership sales while delivering service excellence.
• Oversee execution of birthday parties, group events, and corporate outings.
