Qualifications

• Must be able to work onsite in Brownsville.
• Must be flexible to work any 8 hours between 7AM-10PM CST.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hire, progression and enhancement training.
• Train new and existing employees on client projects emphasizing customer confidentiality and security.
• Develop non‑classroom communication and training materials.
• Assess individual participant and class performance.
• Participate in client visits and provide curriculum feedback.
• Demonstrate high standards of ethical conduct and teamwork.
• Support a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
