The role emphasizes high-velocity service delivery, documentation of interactions, and adherence to policies while supporting diverse clients in a global digital services environment.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ year related customer service experience.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional service to high-value customers via phone and chat.
• Provide accurate information and assistance regarding credit card accounts, products, and services.
• Identify and resolve customer issues while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of the credit card and savings products and services.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and promote loyalty.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's systems.
• Meet or exceed established goals for performance metrics, including call/chat quality, productivity, and schedule adherence.
• Provide first call/chat resolution while following procedures that meet regulatory and compliance guidelines.
