Roadrunner Freight is seeking an Operations Supervisor in San Francisco, onsite. You will lead daily dock and terminal activities, ensure accurate freight processing, and drive cost control while maintaining safety standards.

You will supervise frontline teams, coordinate with linehaul contractors, and partner with internal stakeholders to optimize freight movement and service reliability in a fast-paced LTL environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations or logistics.
• Experience in transportation, LTL, warehouse, or service center operations is preferred.
• Strong safety, compliance, and hazmat handling knowledge is expected.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily dock operations, load planning, freight handling, and linehaul coordination.
• Monitor costs, labor utilization, and workflow to protect margins.
• Ensure accurate billing, rating, payroll, and admin processes.
