The role emphasizes safety, coaching dockworkers, and improving terminal efficiency. Preference given to candidates with DOT knowledge, forklift/pallet jack experience, and strong English communication. Ability to work varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, communicate and comprehend English to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversees dock operations for terminal staff.
• Directs and evaluates dockworkers to ensure safe equipment use and adherence to procedures.
• Conducts daily inspections for regulatory compliance and company policies.
