Job summary

Indeed Flex is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a client facility in TX 75115. This is a fixed-term contract running through mid-January 2027, with scheduling flexibility including evenings and weekends.

The role involves managing timekeeping, payroll reconciliation, and ensuring top-notch customer service while coordinating with the hub and client teams. Strong tech aptitude and communication are essential to success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of technology to drive a tech-enabled solution for clients and internal teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate effectively with clients, Flexers, and internal groups.
Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision and escalations.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships at all levels of the customer's organization and deliver world-class customer experience by handling inquiries and issues.
Provide and analyze reports on bookings and activities to support new processes.
Facilitate new hire recruitment, orientations and pre-training for proper transition to placement.
Manage daily timekeeping and reconcile to ensure payroll and invoicing accuracy.
Support daily operations and liaise between Indeed Flex and client teams.
