Job summary

Qualifications

• Industry: 3+ years in staffing and/or sales.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical: Digital literacy with MS Office, SharePoint, Outlook, and workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations, service delivery, and talent management.
• Prepare and review client and talent performance reports and KPIs.
• Process orders, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and allocate resources.
• Check-in with talent, address concerns, and provide support as needed.
• Review performance and safety metrics; address issues and drive improvements.
• Wrap up daily administrative tasks and ensure readiness for the next day.
• Communicate updates to clients about daily activities and outcomes.
