Ōnin Staffing seeks an Onsite Representative to be the face of the company at client facilities. You will manage daily operations, onboarding, and training for new hires while building strong relationships with teammates and client partners.

Ideal candidates have staffing or workforce management experience, are proficient in MS Office or Google Suite, and are fluent in English with Spanish preferred. The role emphasizes meeting client expectations and maintaining safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations including employee check-ins, attendance tracking, and shift scheduling.
• Serve as the key liaison between the client, our branch, and onsite workforce.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires.
• Build and maintain relationships with teammates and client contacts to ensure satisfaction and performance.
• Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and help meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting per branch and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and client policies.
